The tubes of geocel are not harden inside.
I have bought a 3-pack geocel 4500 from another seller on Amazon before and it was old and dry in the bottom half. I found MODERN BUILDERS SUPPLY INC and all 24 tubes of geocel are brand new. I will only order with them from now on. Great price!!!!
