Excellent tool for getting out of exercise rut
I am not a hard core fitness person. I am a middle-aged woman who was looking to amp up her work out, and not have to constantly move between my carpeted and bare floored rooms to change up my workout.I found the disks provided stable and effective movement. I have been very pleased trying the new exercises in the e-book, even an old girl like me. The core exercises are changing up my routine and I have seen a difference. What I would really like is the option for a larger disk since I use it frequently with a flat foot for skating movements, and a slightly larger disk would be more comfortable for me.

Great discs! I've tried a bunch of exercises from the free guide that comes with the package and they definitely give your muscles a run for the money! I have a lot of Cathe Friedrich's DVDS and although I haven't attempted one with the discs they don't harm my hardwood floors, which was my main concern. I've compared this product to others based on reviews and don't disagree with everyone's assessment. They will be a great compliment to my exercise routine!

Amazing for lunges.
I love these little sliders! I was using frisbees, but the little ridge on the frisbee was super annoying. These work best on short carpet or a rug. I don't know if they would be good on hard floors.These help me have perfect form in my lunges, recruit more muscle, and give more challenge to my legs. Combine regular lunges with curtsey lunges and your booty will be on fire the next day! You don't even need to add weight (though you could). Since buying these I've used them about every other day. I also like them for mountain climbers, pike planks, and glute bridges.

Don't slide on carpet so well.
I've had these for s few months now and they are OK but don't slide on the carpet so well. I'm a bit surprised as my carpet is really low pile. I think if I was to get a second pair, I'd try another brand. The soft side for hard floors does slide nicely though. The free e-book you receive has some basic exercises but you could probably find that information elsewhere fairly easily.

Nice Quality Exercise Sliders
Exactly how it looks online. The top is a foam type material and the bottom is a hard plastic. It slides very easy on carpet. To me I feel it would be better for carpet than hardwood because of the plastic on the bottom. You can also slide barefooted with the occasional foot slip. It comes with a guide on different exercises you can do with the sliders. Perfect for when you are doing a quick an session or home workout.
