Nice Bottom Load Dispenser
Bought this twice from Amazon, first one was lost in shipment! Received second one as a replacement, stated it was new, it was not, box was very beat up, cooler was dented and cracked, sent back for a refund, Bought from another retailer at same price, received in perfect condition. Love the design, makes noise when filling cooler and that's it. Works great, water is cold, hot is a nice feature. Bottom load is a plus! As for "date of 2015" that is not date of manufacture, date of manufacture is on other sticker of Month and Year!

Gave up after a year
This dispenser worked great for the first six months then it began to stop pumping water. I did the troubleshooting as the instructions indicated and it helped but now it just gave up. I have tried the troubleshooting steps and nothing. We had it for a year.

Very loud!
Works great, however very few of our refillable bottles fit in the opening. Draining the overflowing tray is not what we expected. So far it works well, however, be prepared for the loudest pump and cooling compressor in the market!

Not Great Quality
Unfortunately, I received this unit yesterday, set it up today and found that the compressor isn't working correctly - no cold water. I had noticed other reviews indicating that the hot water takes a long time to heat up. That wasn't all that important to me as I rarely need hot water. The reviewers were right, though, I could boil a kettle quicker. I also noticed that the manufacture date was 2015 (five years ago). That would suggest they are not a great seller and the supplier is just moving old stock. This is a case of buyer beware. The seller, in this case, has been fine and has promised a replacement unit. Hopefully the replacement actually works.
