Directions

Enjoy a shot 30 minutes before a meal, 3 times a day. Follow each shot with a glass of water. Empty one sachet into a dry medium sized glass. Whilst stirring, fill ¼ of the glass with cold water to dissolve. Don’t mess around! Drink shot straight away.
