I got this book primarily for its discussion on mobile forensics. I was pleased to see that the entire book is a great resource as it covers multiple platforms from a forensic perspective.

This completely coves the issues of IP. Of the 4 books that I had in my digital forensics graduate course, this is the best, and is one of the best books that I've had in the whole curriculum.

Great read and must have for those getting into the business or already in it. I had to buy it for a class at UCF but I will be keeping this one around.

I bought the Kindle version of this book for a class I am taking. I wanted to be able to read the text from multiple locations and thought that the Kindle version would be a great solution. I do find that having the book available on my laptop, kindle, and iPhone does make it convenient. However, I encountered two difficulties:1. Graphics are not color so some of the effect is lost.2. Event more important, the book does not have page numbers. Since the professor is using the hard copy, I have to spend a lot of time trying to find the pages to which he is referring. Adding page numbers would greatly improve the value.

Two of my teachers helped write this book. It's an essential for anyone becoming a computer forensics professional. I used it in my coursework quite often.
