Amazing!
We bought one of these awhile back. Did a ton of research about types of paint that are acceptable. Made it a family event by painting each of our own hands and covering the hive (first picture top is backwards but is fixed now)We took quite a process to try and get the bees to accept the hive. It was recommended to leave them in the NUC the first few days while they get comfortable with the new environment. Then move a few frames over to the hive in the next week and wait to see if they acceptā¦ looks like they accepted. I then gave them a couple more weeks before adding the top of the hive.Updated 6/25/25The bees did start using the top plastic combs. They arenāt full yet but I can see them slowly working up top! Whoop!!I can say itās definitely worth it so far if you have the time and patience.

No tool to release the honey from the flow valve
The media could not be loaded. My dad had honey bees his whole life. He passed away in April 3 25 he was 83 years old so I ended up with 30 hives he had I never knew a whole lot about bees I always ask him. Why didnāt he get a flow hive but he was an old timer and didnāt believe in stuff like that. He down at the old way, which thatās fine. I always wanted one so Iāve had this one about five weeks and I think itās done awesome just wanted to share this.

Attractive Super flow bee hive
The bee hive comes in 2 separate packages. Assembly is fairly easy with the aid of the video from the Amazon site.The brood box does not come with frames which is needed to start the hive.There is lots of information for bee keeping online to help you get going.Fast delivery, packaged well.

I hade a problem with one of the flow cells and had no support with a replacement or repair so the bees get that honey. I will not bye anymore for this saler.
