Simple and well built.
I assumed I would need to drill new holes to mount this in our break room restroom, but I was glad to find that the mounting holes matched the standard paper holder we were replacing. The guys like having a backup roll right there, and the shelf is a nice feature to avoid the dreaded dropping of the phone in the toilet.
