I want another one!!!
Disclaimer: I don't recommend, and I am certain Lunix would not recommend doing what I did with this product for the first time.I bought this bc I suffer from chronic tendonitis in both wrists (about 20 years). I did strenuous yard work a few days ago and I've been moving extremely heavy furniture. I've also been typing and writing a lot more than usual. So, I was in a lot of pain and had some swelling when I used this for the first time today. Pain medication was not helping me at all. I used it on my right hand first today (using it for the first time ever since I purchased it) on Program 1 and lowest intensity level just to play it safe, I didn't notice any difference immediately afterwards. Then I used it on my left hand at the highest program setting and on the greatest intensity. I thought my hand was going to explode because it squeezed so hard, I will say that it wasn't exacerbating my pain but it was a little uncomfortable, I was just not used to this much pressure. It sort of reminds me of a professional deep tissue body massage. After the program finished, I noticed that the pain in my left wrist/hand was gone. So, then I tried on my right hand again. But this time I used the highest program, maximum intensity and added heat. I truly wanted to push it to the limits. In the beginning of using the heat, I didn't feel a difference and wondered if the heat setting was working. After about a minute or so, I started to feel the heat. The heat was tolerable but I will never use it at the same time I apply the highest program with the maximum intensity again, it was too much for me. I am used to applying cold compresses to my hands/wrists, not heat. I cut the heat off immediately and continued with the program. The great thing is that the heating feature is separate and can be turned off if you prefer. After the program finished on my right wrist this time around, I noticed a difference immediately. My right wrist was no longer in pain but it was still slightly swollen, which I think can be expected. I tried the vibration setting on its own as well for about a minute, but I am not a fan of it, some people may like that sensation.Another thing that I would like to mention is that your hand will look like someone tried to poke holes through it, especially if you use the highest intensity level. It is merely a temporary imprint from the massager and it goes away after about 30 minutes max.Overall, I am happy with this product, I believe it was worth every penny. I want to buy another one so that I can use it on both hands at the same time, just in case one breaks or to keep locked away at work/school. I feel that the price is very reasonable. The hand massager is a beautiful black and has a smooth, almost silky texture. The material on the inside of the massager is smooth and gentle on my skin as well. I also loved the plastic finger massager that came with it, I put it in the freezer and use it to massage my fingers after writing or when they are cramping. I used the finger massager before I used the machine because I allowed the hand massager to charge for a while. I plan to take really good care of it, time will tell if the product will last a long time. If it lasts at least 5 years, I would be very pleased and would readily by this exact hand massager again.Hope this review helps someone. Stay happy, healthy and safe everyone.😊

Works well
Works better than I expected. It is not perfect but for the price, it works very well. It is better than massaging your hands by yourself. It does help relieve tight knotted muscles. I don't suffer from arthritis but from what I see, it would seem to help with relief. The massage can go to super intensity, so it has plenty of power. You just need to practice using it in order to make it best fit you. Select proper massage cycle and intensity. I would recommend this to anyone who suffers from hand pain and wants a little bit of relief.

Great for your hands and wrists!
I'm a piano player and this hand massager is a godsend. It truly relieves pain and my hands & wrists feel like a million bucks after I use it.My only complaints have to do with charging it. The cord is very short, and the instructions say to only use that cord. Also, on the machine, the slot that you plug the cord into is hard to access, and to pull the cord out, you essentially have to just yank on the cord itself; you cannot reach the hard plastic part that actually plugs in. Both of these seem like they should be easy things for the company to fix on their next model.Overall, I am very happy with this product and I recommend it.

Comfortable
Excellent tool & quite comfortable. Easy to use, not bothersome and kinda cool. Hand fits in and rotating disk feel good and you don’t notice they are operating.

Worked well for a couple months, now traps my hand inside of it
******** UPDATE ********A few months in and the massager is defective in a way that is pretty unnerving. Quite often now when using it, it will start increasing the pressure intensity on its own, and to make it really frightening the touch buttons also become completely unresponsive. This basically imprisons your hand in the device as it starts to increase the pressure on your hand, which is quite strong by design. If I mash the buttons long enough eventually I am able to get it to power down. One of these times maybe that wouldn’t be the case, and my hand would be trapped inside until it auto-shutoff, or the battery runs out in the case that that fails too, or I smash it to bits hulk style while it’s still on my hand. This thing has great pressure which is an asset when the device works, but is scary when the possibility of your hand being stuck in it exists.I have a feeling it has something to do with them being touch buttons, which I hate generally speaking, rather than physical, press-down style buttons.Anyway I would not recommend this product if you value getting your hands back out of it.***********************************I've been dealing with pain in my hands, wrists, and forearms for 10 years, as a result of poor ergonomic computer use for over 20 years. I got this massager in a effort to try to help. I would say that although it is advertised as a hand massager, it does not feel like as if someone were massage your hand manually by kneading it. It applies pressure via inflated bags with little soft spikes on them. This sounds like a negative review, but that is not the intention, as it still provides relief, just not in the way you think it might feel.My hands feel much better after only 3 days of using it twice a day for 5-10 minutes on each hand. I personally found P4 (wrist massage) and P6 (palm massage) run separately were the best fit for me, as it allows you to adjust the position of your hand in the unit to the optimal spot between each, and I don't really have pain in the fingers themselves do do not need that. The only negatives in my opinion are that the vibration and and heat seem pretty useless. The vibration is less powerful than a cell phone and the heat you barely even notice. The heat especially is a shame, as I feel a lot of hand relief when I soak my hands in hot water.Overall this machine was well worth it.
