The first issue I had was the stitching coming lose. Although the manufacturer did replace the defective arm rest. Within another month the stitching issue happened again. I also sent pictures of the broken frame the installer pointed out to me when replacing the arm rest that had the stitching issue. After sending pictures and many emails the manufacturer stopped all communications. I would not recommend buying these they’re chairs. I even bought an extended warranty that was simply a waste of money. The manufacturer simply does not back their product.

These are great seats and the delivery was fast for having to go across country. Only two issues. First, it would be great if there was something to connect these seats. They move around easily and create large gaps between the seats. Its not horrible though. Also, some the the arm rests don't line up to close properly and you can fit your hand through the large hole it makes. Other than those issues, these seats have been fun!

We had a hard time finding any theater seating in the lighter colors and these work great for us. They are just as advertised.

The chairs are very nice. My only complaint is and it isn't that big of a deal is I wish they would have reclined more.

Excellent craftsmanship great looking and very comfortable. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a good piece of furniture at a good price
