Great product! Stamets7 is a blend of 7 different mushroom species, known for their immune boosting and many beneficial properties. The powder mixes easily into a variety of beverages. Love the health benefits, I definitely notice a difference when I am not taking the Stamets7 powder. Mild scent and taste. Easy to use daily with simple instructions for recommended dosing.

Slightly woodsy flavor, dissolves well.
Dissolves almost as well as Myco Guardians and much better than Om. Good flavor. I like that it’s mycelium which I rotate with Myco Giarduans since they’re flowers. I use a little more cacao with Stamets7 since it dyes have a mild almost woodsy flavor. About 95% of it dissolves in simmering water or milk. I mix about 50/50 cacao and mushroom powders. Pour honey on and stir. Then add simmering water. Top with milk, cream, creamer or ice cubes.
