The instructions are lame - it took awhile to get it hooked up but wasn't that hard. We did have to buy a special faucett for hooking this unit up - but I am in doubt that we have a newly bought unit - I believe it is a used unit.Addiionally, there is no warranty information with the unit - nothing to explain or fill out ....One thing I can say positive - my hair is not falling out as much - I sleep better - my hip pain is gone and I am no longer taking allergy meds. yay! I guess it is working!

I was hesitant about buying this, because we have a different machine at home. But we wanted a machine at the beach. Read the reviews and decided to take a chance... Glad I got this. It works well. You can adjust the ph level up or down. So far we are very pleased

You know what I really used to hate? I used to HATE going to the grocery store and buying cases and cases of bottled water. There is always a sale on one brand or another. Three cases for $10? I would buy it. Then I would have to put them in the car and bring them into the house. Then I would have to figure out where to keep my 3 cases of bottled water. Sure they are convenient to grab and go, but so very wasteful. Where does that water come from anyway? How long has it been sitting in those plastic bottles? How much am I really spending on bottled water every year? Guess what? I don’t have to do that anymore and I have my MMP 11 from Tyent USA to thank for that. Now whenever I want fresh, pure and delicious water, all I have to do is go to my sink and push a button. That’s it! When I have errands to run, I fill up my stainless steel bottle with the ionized alkaline water from my tap and off I go. I will never, ever again buy cases and cases of bottled water thanks to Tyent USA!

After doing tons of research on which machine to buy, I’m so happy I decided to go with Tyent. I picked the MMP-11 model since it’s thin and fits underneath my cabinets nicely. Plus, it looks so good with my Wolf range and Sub-Zero Stainless steel fridge. I only buy the best appliances with good warranties. I look for products that I know will stand the test of time, and the Tyent unit just couldn’t be beat. Surprisingly, it’s the only ionizer with genuine stainless steel. Also, it’s the only company who offers a lifetime warranty without pages of jargon attached. The pH levels I’m getting are perfect. I couldn’t be more satisfied.

We have had our tyent ionizer for at least 5 years. It has worked flawlessly. We were concerned about the lifetime warranty however they have lived up to their word. We have worn out two different diverter switches which fit on the faucet and they have sent new ones each time. We now live out of the continental US and get prompt service for new filters.

great product! My husband is a physician and says he feels so much better drinking alkaline water than regular.We originally purchased for one family member & now we all drink it. Great for washing fruits & veggies, as well as cooking.

It’s been about a year, and I really like it. I feel better too, like more awake. Next year I am going to use my tax refund to upgrade to an under the counter unit from Tyent. The quality is good.
