Good idea but doesn’t work.
Just what I needed to fix my exhaust break, but unfortunately the paste was half empty and was very drippy so I barely had time to scrape a batch and apply to the spot without it dripping off and onto my garage floor. Held for about 3 days and then came loose.

Works in a pinch for short term travel.
Immediately satisfying. After one day of drying time muffler was totally quiet. Then the solid and dried bondo type "gum" compound broke up and rattled off the pipe while driving and the muffler was loud again. I bought more gum, reapplied, same thing.
