The x axis did not work at all!! the mirrors was knocked out of line, they all need adjusting for the lazer to work...the fume exstractor was a cheap computer cooling fan. worst £300.00 i have ever spent!!!Also do not hold your breath for a refund or replacement

Ive used laser cutters at work for the last 6 years and have wanted one at home for small jobs, This is proving to be a good reliable machine. It isn't industrial quality but its OK. This one hasn't got the troublesome bathroom fan for fume extraction but a more reliable large pc fan which does the job perfectly. I do run mine using a raspberry pi with k40 whisperer and have got very good results. I mostly use it to make gaskets out of gasket paper but this can cut mdf and acrylic. I would recommend wearing proper c02 laser goggles and never run it with lid open - all industrial machines have safety cut offs if you open the lid for a reason.
