Why did you pick this product vs others?:This bench set was a hit with my grandchildren. Sturdy, durable and comfortable. Fits six small children. Easy to clean and adorable. Putting together was a breeze. The umbrella is perfect.

Found cheaper at Costco at the moment. Very easy to put together! Very sturdy, even my big kids sit here with my twins. Easy to clean, doesn't take up too much space outside! Nice and roomy so no one's fighting. :)

Higher quality than expected. Umbrella is simple to operate even for a 6 year old. Not cheap plastic material. Table is large enough to sit six 4/6 year olds without “touching.” Husband put it together in less than ten minutes with an electric screwdriver.

I am a 62-year-old grandmother, buying this for my grandchildren. I would say that the assembly was a bit intimidating only because there were no pre-drilled holds, and no written instructions in English, just pictures. The first logical thing I did was panicked and texted my son, "Help! no pre-drilled holes!" I knew he was at work and would not respond for a couple hours, so since I am impatient, I dove into the assembly anyway. It wasn't as hard as I had anticipated, and the first 4 screws were put in with just a screwdriver and elbow grease, even though I had to create holes through the plastic. Just when I was growing weary of that process, my husband got home and got his drill out. I continued the process because I like to finish what I start. I did not use the drill to make holes, but rather, to just drill in the screws. I think it turned out nicely, and I know the grandbabies are going to love it. Some said the assembly process was about 40 minutes. If I had used the drill the whole time, that sounds accurate. Oh...I did somehow have one leftover part. It appears to have something to do with the umbrella, but the umbrella is fine without it.

Like the size of the table . Nice upgrade from the smaller version. Using for a 3 and 5 year old. A lot more room so they aren't bumping feet under table or dinner plates. Good for outdoor meals and playtime. Not a smooth surface, so not great for writing or coloring but suitable for play dough, games like checkers etc.Disappointed in the assembly process. Not up to step2 standards in my opinion. I had read earlier reviews with similar comments. No pre drilled holes and the screws didn't fit as secure/snug as I would've liked. After 2 tries, I used a drill but to create holes. Some of the places were really challenging to align. Also, not impossible but not super easy for one person to assemble by self. I had a hard time holding the table bottom legs at the bent v angle and matching to other pieces to screw together. Strong plea to step2....there has got to be a way to improve the configuration for easier assembly. All that aside, I do have it assembled securely but it took about 40 min to do.
