I have taken a teaspoonful of this every morning. It is a good detox drink, if you drink it early and then don't eat for awhile. I like the flavor, you can actually eat it right out of the spoon if you want, but I add water and shake it in a small glass. I have done this for years. Some days, I don't get too many greens, and this way, I know I have had some, and they are pure and potent.
