Q: Do you have to use the UV light for this Gel polish?

It is a regular acrylic nail polish (not a gel). You don’t need to use UV light. However, I have difficulty getting any of the colors to dry in a reasonable amount of time (10+ min), and even then, they still get scuffed/dented. For some reason, I find the clear top coat solidifies the colors faster.

Q: The description says quick dry but the bottle doesn't. Is it really quick dry?

Not really, though i used a quick dry top coat. Colors are very sheer, may need multiple coats

Q: What is the differences between oh, la, la and et voila?

et voila is basically a sheer off white, a base white, cleear and the other two are sheer pink polishes. (not the actually name of the colors)

Q: how come this polish is so transparent. Even five coats isn't enough to cover the nail. Is this how it was designed?

I typically use 2 coats... I try to shake it thoroughly, which I'm sure you do that also, but I stir with the brush and that seems to help. I also allow the first coat to dry before applying the second... I do have the notion that's what you do also! Don't know if this was much help. If you continue to have difficulties, perhaps contacting the manufacturer would be in order. Good Luck!! Have a lovely summer.
