My morning starts with routine excercise and this Anti Skid roller makes this task so comfortable with all necessary excercise.You can carry it with you anywhere anyplace and can keep yourself fit. I found it the most easiest to carry and do workout.Must buy product.Have one at least in every family.

Must have fitness equipment at home for regular exercise. It provides a great balance and support for Intensive core excercise. Initially suspicious about the product quality but after getting it I can say that the roller is really hard made and build quality is great. It's deceptively simple and sturdy and excatly as described. Very easy to assemble and rolls out smoothly. Must try, worthy Product.

Don’t buy.. product was made with cheap quality plastic and doesn’t look similar to what is shown in the picture. It is better to use barbells rod with plate to perform ab exercise.

I bought four wheel roller.its good for beginners compared to two wheel..sturdy product. The wedge is do helpful to avoid skidding. The knee mat should be a little wider.overall its really good..worth the money.
