I’m SO glad I found these! I have been health conscious for most of my adult life but have always allowed myself a moderate treat daily. Due to the nature of aging the blood sugar and fat responses aren’t what they used to be, It’s still fine but I want to do whatever I can to help myself out by cutting back on sugar a bit more and eating plenty of fiber, protein and some healthy fats together. Now what can I have to get my sweet fix and still do better? Enter the RipVan Wafels! So far I’ve had the vanilla caramel and the snickerdoodle, I’m not sure which I like best, they’re probably tied! I love that they are not just lower in sugar, but that they are higher in fiber and although I typically avoid dairy, I like the ingredients in these. I saw another reviewer say that they could taste sorbitol in the aftertaste and that’s just not possible because there is no sorbitol in these at least not in the flavors I’ve gotten. I also saw another reviewer saying that they are nothing like authentic stroopewafels because they’re not sweet enough and the texture is different. Well, yeah, this is a healthier *version* of that. It is a more health-conscious take on a treat or snack That is well loved, and thank goodness for it! That reviewer doesn’t seem to understand that cutting back on sugar is going to change the taste of things a little bit, but that does not mean that these are not incredibly delicious! If you are not used to eating healthier, and if you are used to a high sugar, high unhealthy fat, high salt diet, it will take a little while for your taste buds to adjust. I for one I am so grateful that these exist! they’re delicious, The texture is delightful and I can feel good about eating them. They are the perfect sweet for people who believe in eating in moderation. And for people who won’t be successful in cutting back on sugar without having some kind of actually good option to satiate their sweet tooth. And the ingredients are so much healthier than snacks filled with sugar alcohols and artificial sweeteners. The ingredients are all things that you know and can pronounce. 10 out of 10 highly recommend. Next time I think I’m gonna try the brownie flavor!

I always love getting these on airplanes. I actually got them for my three year-old grandson, but he didn’t care for them. So now I get to have them. A nice little pop of sugar and low in calories.

Not quite as good as the real Dutch stroopwafels, but close enough. Very filling. Not too sweet. I won't have a problem ordering these again. I would say that, yes, these are addictive.

I bought these to have a sweet snack while on Diet and keeping my diabetes under control. And omg these things are awesome. Great taste , crunchy and chewy at the same time. And diabetic friendly. Will be buying again!

These cannot be beat! Great flavor and satisfying with very little sugar and decent amount of fiber. With such a small amount of sugar it’s practically inconsequential. They are unique with a nice texture and gluten free if you need that!

A coworker gave me a wafer of this brand and it was delicious, so when I randomly remembered this brand when going back on low carb I was excited for the arrival. Totally bummed out that the box arrived smashed. I've gone through maybe 10 and several were crumbs, and one package was completely EMPTY, sealed but no treat inside. These aren't as good as the snickerdoodle flavor, but it's nice to have a sweet treat without all the carbs and garbage. I'm just bummed about how they arrived, and for the price I don't find it acceptable that there are empty wrappers so I won't be reordering the minis, and I'm probably going to have to find a store that carries them instead because the damaged packaging is not okay.

Tasty treat. Learned about Stroop waffles when I visited the Netherlands several years ago. Lay the cookie on top of your hot cup of coffee or tea for a bit to let it warm. Yum
