Q: .Where can I buy replacement silicone tips? I lost one and one tore, so am down to two.

I don't know, But they can be used without the tips.

Q: Will it fit 21oz hydro flask?

I haven't tried...I use them for my 30 oz and 32 oz skinny tumblers.

Q: Will these fit a 40 oz tumbler?

It works great for my 40 oz hydro flask bottle, so I would venture to say yes.

Q: Will these fit in 20 ounce skinny tumbler?!

I guess it depends on the size of your 20 oz. tumbler. My husband uses these in his BUBBA on the golf course and it works great. The straw goes right into the mouth "hole". I use the shorter ones in my Tervis mugs and it goes into the hole on the lid. This is about as much as I can tell you.
