Gorgeous dishes! Exactly what I was hoping for!! Even prettier than I had expected (picture does not do these justice). The color is perfect for my decor.....a blue/gray/green. The bottom/sides are more ivory instead of white like it looks on some pictures. The glaze has a nice sheen and I love the slight variation in color. They are substantial in size/weight and seem very durable. The small bowls are little, but perfect for a dish of ice cream or my morning granola. The plates are large, so make sure to measure your cabinets. They fit mine perfectly! My husband loves the size of the large bowl. Only drawback is the bowls don't nest very compact, so they take more room to store than the ones I was replacing. I have a feeling I'll have these for a good long time! Lastly, some have mentioned how hot they get in the microwave. I haven't had that problem when warming leftovers.

These are so solid and a bit more on the elegant looking side as well. I opened the box hoping they would be as great as those indicated in the reviews. I was very happy with that these were. I bought two boxes and they were the same color. Sometimes when come in different boxes they can appear as if they are not she color scheme, but no problem with these. Green with a bit of a brown/gray hint to them. I have a wine decor with grapes and vines throughout and these fit in wonderfully. Did I mention these are very solid. All came in with no damages. And arrived over a week earlier than indicated which was a HUGE plus as having guests over for dinner and wanted to use these. I love the lil bowls. Way better than coffee mugs.

I love this set. I have been looking for a while for a new dinnerware set and these fit the bill perfectly. I love that there is no decorative edge taking up most of the plate. The edges round up so you get the entire use of the plates. They are large plates, which are awesome. The small bowls are perfect for ice cream or cut up fruit. Would even be perfect for the one serving of cottage cheese, etc. The color of the plate looks different under different lights. In my kitchen they look more gray, maybe with a little blue. In my dining room they look more green. The only "complaint" I have is that the large bowls don't stack the best, but it isn't an issue for me. I did have one plate that came broken in the three boxes I ordered. I contact the seller and they sent out a replacement plate without any issues. I put durability at a 4 because I think they might chip if hit against something hard. I also haven't found any issue with them being too hot when in the microwave.

Liked the look, feel and weight of the dishes. Plenty of real estate for food! Only disappointment and why I didn't give it 5 stars is with what they call a salad bowl....so tiny! What kind of salad is supposed to fit in here? Perfect for that scoop of ice cream or condiment bowl!Photos next to their pasta bowls which are nice sized and with an avg size lemon for reference.

I was nervous to order dishes online. But I was blown away by how nice there are! Thick, large and microwavible (without burning your hands). I have bought so many plates in just a few years I was worried about trying these. If you are on the fence about them do it! you will not be disapointed. there is a slight lip to them so food doesnt roll or sauce doesnt run off. the dinner plates are huge but fit in my small cupboards. the bowls are wonderful and larger than I expected and the small bowls are perfect for sauces but larger enough for a good snack. in fact I used one yesterday for salsa for a party as my chip and dip set chippped and it held enough for the whole group. I hand wash everything and that banging around in the sink and drying rack hasnt fazed them! also to stone wash color is charming and smooth!

I was shopping for new plates because a family member is sensitive to the screeching of forks on plates. So I basically looked for the heaviest set I could find and crossed my fingers. I don't know if it's the glazing or the mass of the plates or the geometry but success! There is almost no noise from silverware any more. Plus they look really, really nice. I'll grant that the finish isn't flawless and a lot of plates have little defects but that's not problem for me. They came surprisingly well packaged, very heavy box in a box in a box... And there was zero damage (we ordered two sets). I'd also note that although the plates nest nicely, the bowls don't, so you don't want to stack more than 4 bowls high on the shelf. Overall I'm very happy, 5 stars.

This is a nice set. Compared to getting new plates at pottery barn this is a fraction of the price and doesn't necessarily look worse. Only thing is they are rather large and thick plates, they really need an extra space between each other in the dishwasher. But I really like getting two different sized bowls instead of mugs...I'm the world's best dad, I already have a mug thank you very much.

These are beautiful plates and bowls! They are not lightweight, they are very heavy and sturdy plates, but I’m okay with it because these plates and bowls were exactly what I have been wanting. I liked the fact that they did not come with coffee mugs, because I have my own. I highly recommend this dinner set!

Love these dishes... 2nd time purchasing. First order was fine but the second order had 3 broken plates. No problem, I understand that this is a very breakable purchase. The only thing I did not appreciate , is that the entire order would have to be sent back and then replaced. It makes no sense and isn't worth it to send back the entire order. I now do not have a set for 8. There was no "chat" available. Sending out the replacements makes way more sense but there is no way to do this. Otherwise love the dishes.
