This is my favorite brand of electrolytes. Watermelon is one of my favorite flavors. I like the spicy ones better. Just my preference. This brand is expensive, but I am happy with it. I tend to stretch mine out into two bottles of water. It dissolves quickly. Do not get the plane. I did not like that. I did not like the chocolate flavor either grapefruit is another favorite of mine. I do have a subscription. Our Spa customers like them too.

I live in FL and have struggled with POTS symptoms and low BP.I love that it's high enough salt I don't need to double the packets.The packets are small and don't get ruined in my bag if I have water in my pack.The difference I feel is incredible and i think they taste great.Definitely start with citrus or watermelon. Big fan of orange salt too.This stuff is perfect and I ended up ordering bulk through them.

Very salty. You have to adjust how much water you mix with it. It works very well. And the flavor is great. They do say on the package about satyness and you may have to adjust the water to your preferences.

Very effective for hydration! The flavor is very good, the salt taste is different but easy to get used too.

These little packets are great. Definitely a salty flavor, but when replacing electrolytes from exercise or just sweat they do their job with minimal carbs. Their size helps for carrying on a long run if you have water sources along the route. Citrus is my favorite flavor and orange is my next favorite. Would recommend, especially if you need to minimize your carb intake.

Pricy but good taste and mixes well.
