I ordered these two of these as teacher appreciation gifts and was extremely disappointed. There were three issues: 1) The lettering was slightly off centered on one of them; 2) One of them came with a straw but it was snapped and not repairable and 3) The other one didn’t have a straw at all, making both of them useless. When I submitted my request for a return/exchange, they were no longer available. I ended up having to settle for purchasing reusable plastic straws in the Sporting Goods section of a well-known chain. I would not recommend purchasing these.

some of the reviews scared me but this cup is soooo cute purchased for my sons teachers and they are so cute very god size also. it came with all pats the labels were upright and the cup is cute. I filled it with candy put it in gift bag to give them away. I will say I can see how ppl would have missing arts ( luckily I wasn't one of them) only because the packaging was inconsistent I ordered two cup and they came wrapped one in bubble wrap the other in a regular thing plastic wrap. one had a plastic cover on the straw the other didn't. so wo ever packed them was slipping on the job but at lease everything is undamaged and working properly.

This is such a cute cup, and the perfect gift for a teacher. I had hopes of filling it with giftcards and candy.. but when I received it the straw was snapped in half inside of the cup (much like many of the reviewers photos) and covered in little Knicks on the outside. I'm so sad this wasn't packaged better or had better quality control.

I purchased these for gifts for preschool teachers, and they are fantastic quality! Not like one you would purchase at Target or Walmart. I was afraid they would look cheap, but they definitely do not. They arrived in three days of ordering as well!

I was really hesitant to purchase these because there were quite a few negative reviews. I ended up buying 4 for coworkers. They are perfect! I wish I bought myself one! They are heavy and very sturdy. The print on them is clear and straight. They even came in a super cute matching gift box which was unexpected. In my option they were definitely a great value for the money spend on them.

Bought this for my daughters 3rd grade teacher. She loves her teacher, and she has become apart of our family. This is a great gift and the mug is so gorgeous! It's clear with bright colorful lettering. We filled it with small fun treats for the teacher, like granola bars, treats, her favorite paperclips, post it notes. The mug is good size, have fun with it.

I gifted this item to my son’s 3rd teacher because it’s made perfectly as a nice appreciation present! The inside is big enough to fit a gc, mini-hand sanitizer, lotion or perfume sample. It was on sale for under $11, so that was great for me!

These are very cute tumblers that I gifted to my aides at school. Although after opening the package I noticed that the bottom of one of the cups fell off (its a two wall tumbler). The other one seemed to have came with a scratch on it. I wasn't thrilled about it having a scratch but I can still see what it says and it's just going to get scratched when they use them anyway.
