Il Boschetto’s fine Tuscan extra virgin olive oil is infused with wonderful garlic. For this, the garlic was infused and then removed presenting a beautiful olive oil. This special olive oil is ideal for fresh sauces and grilled vegetables, meats, poultry and fish. If you like garlic mashed potatoes, a drizzle goes a long way! Try it also with pasta, grilled fish or chicken. For those who like simplicity, this oil makes a great dip for fresh crusty slices of Ciabatta bread. The slender tube packaging includes a recipe for Bistecche all Pizzaiola.
