They work great if you use them as intended! They’re designed for the slow recharge of a solar light solar panel. I replaced the OEM batteries of our solar path lights and they are still going strong after two years, despite being left out all winter this past winter.Typically we bring the lights in the fall and remove the batteries but time got away from us this past winter with some of the lights and they spent the western NY winter outside; they’re still thriving!Very pleased with the quality and longevity. I have purchased another pack to replace more OEM’s that gave up the ghost.

I have battery powered candles and don’t like the idea of having to throw away batteries just for mood lighting in my house. These were a great solution to reducing waste. I have tried these batteries in my thermostat, but it reads low immediately even if they’re fully charged. So, while they work for low draw items, I wouldn’t rely on these for more important functionality electronics.
