I'm really disappointed with this mug. I picked it up to wash it 3 days after getting it as a birthday gift and the handle came off in my hand. I hand washed it each time (once when I got it and two times after using it for two days) and the handle snapped off in my hands when washing it. This is not sturdy craftsmanship and because it was a present I was unsure what to do with it other than glue the handle back on. I would not recommend this product for anything other than shelf decoration.

After two gentle HAND washings the cheap label came off!!! I didn't put it in a dishwasher, only hand washing. Total waste of the heat changing claims because the best you can do is use it as a pencil holder and never get it wet! How can you use it as a coffee cup if it can't get wet? This company should be ashamed of putting such misleading junk out there !
