This knee pillow does a nice job whether used folded or unfolded. The silly and annoying part is the zipper that keeps the two sides together. Totally unnecessary. When you've got your leg on top of it when it's folded, it stays folded without the zipper. If in the middle of the night you wanted to switch from zipped folded to unfolded, one would have to fiddle with the zipper to get it unfolded. And vice-versa if you wanted to go from unfolded to folded. Imagine trying to zip it back again. I am using this every night and like the ability to change the height. So I unzipped it and that was that. However, the zipper edge when open is annoying so I very carefully cut it off. Then there are the two zippers for the covering. Velcro would have been a better choice.

Uhg! I wanted to love this SOOO much!I will start off by saying it is SUPER comfortable! It is absolutely perfect for my legs. I’m short so I don’t know that this would work for taller/longer legged people (I’m 5’3) but it’s perfect for my height for my knees and ankles.It also comes with this adorable little cloth carrying case for it. I love that it’s foldable and multi-purpose.Where it fails GREATLY is the freaking zipper!!!! Why, WHY did you think putting an exposed external zipper was a good idea?! I have scratched myself and hurt myself on that zipper every night I’ve used it!! It’s fine if you only used it one way but as soon as you have to turn over the zipper ends of being on the wrong side and hurts so I have to rotate the freaking thing so the zipper isn’t jamming into me (the whole line of teeth, not just the zipper handle thing).They should have made this with a flap over it to shield it or an internal zipper of some kind! I’m going to see if my spouse can fashion a homemade flap and sew it on or something because otherwise I can’t use this for sleeping.Come on guys! Engineer a better one, PLEASE !

Bought this for sciatica relief and it helps so much! I’m a mom that is non stop all day so by the end of the night I lay down rest my feet or go to sleep with it! I wake up feeling so much better with it than I used to without it. Good purchase 👍 I do recommend this product.

The pillow is too thick/wide if you are looking for correct alignment when sleeping. I don't want my legs spread open which this pillow forces you to do. By the way, I'm 5'5" so nothing weird about my dimensions, just the pillows. Further the zippers, and there are 3, don't work. Talk about a flawed design! It's a waste of money and a really stupid product.

Bought this for my Grandmother who had Total Knee Replacement Surgery. She used it while sleeping (in between her knees) & also while propping her feet up (she would use it under her calves). & resting. She loved it & would recommend it!

Wonderful leg pillow for my lower back pain and leg pain! So happy I got this, Really needed something for my legs and my pillows weren't doing it in for me. Came in quickly for me too !
