Do not Buy - The manufacture doesn't stand by their products
Do not buy, company will not stand by their product. It's a very solid case, the PI 4 fits perfectly and is very easy to assemble. However the dual fans randomly stop running, which causes the PI/case to get extremely hot. Once the fans start running again "By tapping the top of the case", the PI cools down very fast. I need to find a better solution. My PI runs 24/7 as a backup NAS. Update 01/27/2020 I've tried multiple times to contract the manufacturer "Eledunio" about the problem. They have not answered any of my emails for service and they do not have a phone number to call. Amazon should take their products off its web page.

Does what it says on the tin
I rarely write reviews, but as someone who is naturally skeptical of any cooling claims for the Raspberry Pi (starting around the 3B to today), I hesitantly bought this case/cooler hoping to handle the workload of a 24/7 DoH and VPN server on a 4B+ in turbo mode. Naked board at room temperature hovered around 61 degrees C and (naturally) throttled under load. Same board in this case idles at 39 degrees C and won't go above 67 degrees C with cpuburn-a53 running nonstop for over an hour. Very impressed! Fans are quiet enough that I couldn't effectively hear them with my ear held to them.

Best pi4 case yet
Well made and still slim. The Pi4 runs hot and this case eliminates that almost completely. Everything is still accessible, including wireless connectivity. I bought another after the first worked so well.

Pretty awesome enclosure but only the temperature control...
I love this case! It keeps the PI very safe but from physical damage to the board but i had to remove the heat sinks and i really noticed the difference in temperature. This is in order to the PI to fit in the enclosure which looks pretty cool. The double fans are quiet but i think is because I live in a place with much more background noise that I didn’t notice. Also the store was pretty good on point with the shipping and very professional package thank you so much

Case keeps the Raspberry Pi 4 cool during operation!
This Raspberry Pi 4 case is well designed and Raspberry Pi 4 fit this aluminum heat sink case. The two fan are great in keeping the whole card cool while it was running. This case was black but I believe it is also available in gold and silver color. I have plans on using this case for my additional Raspberry Pi 4 in the near future.

Nice case.. poor design for cooling
So I am disappointed at the case design, as its not really an efficient cooling solution. Yes, its a nice looking anodized case. Yes, it has dual fans. NO, they are NOT moving that much air over the chipset. The fans have a large center rotor, but small blades. Meaning the center rotor mostly sit above the chips, but the actual moving air, is NOT above the chips. One of the fans is actually blocked by tape from the factory to the controller board. It would be a better casing if either the aluminum case-top had thermal mounting points on the chips to disperse the heat, OR the case had more height, to allow the use of heat sinks and allow more air-flow. There are better cooling solutions out there.

Runs cooler AND quieter!
I had the iUniker screen and fan installed on my Pi4, and it sounded like a racecar and ran about 50°C at idle. This case is quieter (near silent) and cooler (about 45°C at idle). I definitely recommend it.

Bad design.
This product is a nonsense. I’m returning it.1. Missing screw at one of the fans. Not a big deal, but I need to mention.2. The user manual is for Raspberry Pi 3B+, while the case is for Raspberry Pi 4. Not a big deal, but I have to mention.3. The case is not designed to contact with the CPU and memory and it is too low profile to put radiators. Big deal to me.4. No temperature sensor that checks the board temperature. How the fans are controlled then?5. The fans are only on or off by the “button” . This makes no sense to turn it manually. It is even dangerous to do especially when radiators cannot be installed.6. What is written in the manual regarding the automatic speed control does not seem to be true. At least it did not work for me.7. Big issue: The WiFi chip is covered by the metal of the case. There is even no small gap like in other metal cases. This makes the WiFi reception so poor that it barely works when the board next to the WiFi router. This case is dangerous to to use (as the fans are not reliable). The WiFi practically does not work. I cannot understand five-star reviews for this product.

Not fit for constant use
First of all, this case is really nice and fits together very securely. Looks great too.The tiny fans are what you'd expect: they do a good job but are fairly noisy. I had hoped to use this for the PI that sits in my network rack that is in constant use but over time the fans just seem to get more and more noisy and I predict that they'll eventually fail and need to be replaced with better ones.

I Had Doubts - But Then Bench Testing Validated its Cooling Capability
For testing, used "SYSBENCH" (sudo apt-get install sysbench) then ran script: ( while true; do vcgencmd measure_clock arm; vcgencmd measure_temp; sleep 1; done& sysbench –num-threads=8 –test=cpu –cpu-max-prime=10000000000 run ) EleDuino - Makes Pi Cases Great Again ....

No contact with CPU
This heatsink looks great but it has NO CONTACT WITH CPU! it just blows air on it, which is not efficient, to say the least. Heat stress on PCB and shorter life of your PI is what yu look at.

Poorly made
Fans started making buzzing noise about a week after starting them up. No physical contact between processors and metal case either so the case does not contribute to heat dissipation at all.

Greatly improved from their older designs
Solid case + easy install. Had a previous EleDuino case for my RPI3 which required me to undo 8 screws before I could get to the MicroSD card. Glad they changed it to a tool free microSD swap out on their RPI4 case.
