One of the zippers broke after nine months.
I disliked that one of the zippers broke after nine months. The zippers are metal, heavy duty ones, so they shouldn't break after less than one year of use. I'll be contacting the seller to see if I can get some resolution.After the seller's assurance that another backpack would be sent, it never was received. I don't trust this seller and believe they were not forthcoming; the seller just told me anything to get rid of my complaints.

Very nice but very heavy
It was a beautiful item but extremely heavy. It was due to it being genuine leather and well made. Unfortunately it was for my wife and she was not able to carry everything and having the added weight.

Very Heavy and I am a guy and fit.
The backpack is very heavy. If you are thinking to give it to your wife, think twice. I am a guy, an Ocean Rescue Lifeguard who loves to workout and I found the backpack to be too heavy. I will keep it because I don't want to deal with the hassle of returning and shopping for another one, but if I would buy it today, I would look for something else. It has plenty of space on the positive side.

Quality leather backpack!
This is a fantastic quality backpack. It has small pockets and forces me not carry as much crap as usual. I am trying to be more of a minimalist in my life. Another nice quality of this backpack is the thick, natural leather that will last for a lifetime and beyond.

It took a while for me to get it to my father in law for fathers day but he finally got it. Love it would really recommend. Wish it didn't take this long to get it though

The weight of the bag is what you would expect from a high quality leather good! Plenty of storage for your mobile office and a couple changes of clothes for a quick trip
