Save your money and buy elswhere
I was excited to receive the product so immediately unpacked it. The first thing I tried was a sit up using the guide pictures printed on the equipment. I'm a 10st/63kg/140lb woman and after 3 situps the arm broke at the welded point. So disappointed in this product, it's supposed to take up to 220lbs in weight! Didn't realize this is a 'made in China' product either. I'm seriously thinking about not bothering with Amazon products anymore especially if they endorse this type of rubbish.Follow up: after waiting 7 months I have finally been given a replacement and a refund. Not sure why I needed to wait so long when they obviously had it in stock as other people have bought one!It came ready assembled and seems sturdy enough: it has a few diagrams for exercising different parts of the body so will give it a go and report back.

Easy to assemble and it doesn't take up too much ...
Works as advertised. Easy to assemble and it doesn't take up too much space. Definitely helped me to start exercising again
