OIN is exactly what I need in a modern contemporary adult romance, that I didn't know I wanted.This is a swoony-sexy romantic comedy that doesn’t waste any time. The set piece around the wedding night is perfect. Sylvie is a firecracker and Evan is one lucky man. There is some off-limits drama to flesh out, but that’s okay, I loved catching up with West family members from other books, who are doing so well now.I was parts laughing out loud and fanning myself as I read, unable to put their love story down. One Indecent Night stars Evan, a dashing, in control, sweet laser-focused hedge fund manager (a running gag over his career is a great inside joke), with a thing for his BFF’s cousin. But that doesn’t stop him. I LOVE that this story took off like a rocket. And that spitfire Sylvia, a dedicated therapist with a penchant for kink and a compassionate soul.Hargrove has a way with romance world-building that keeps the plot stakes high but the romance and feelings even higher and it all fees so deep and so real. Prepare yourself, you won’t get any sleep.One Indecent Night reads like a breath of fresh air, and I can’t wait to see what Hargrove delivers next.

3.5 starsThis decadent, indecent beginning is the stuff fantasies are made of...And for some are remembered just as well. This book is a fun and sweet story with some bumps in the road. I really enjoyed that he was in the book after their sinful night. I loved that she wasn't! Lol. She couldn't remember so why bother. I laughed at that mentality. It's nice to see a man who goes after what he wants.And to think it all started with...One Indecent Night!

Oh, what a roller coaster of emotion this book is, and I loved every minute. The story is raw and funny but built around love. I did not want to put it down.

If you think this is your typical one-night-stand turned lovers story, you are highly mistaken! This story has laughter and heartache, familial love and romantic love(with some dirty, adventurous, and hot sexy times). This is a tale of two people who had lost hope in finding their other half after being burned by past relationships. They learn to lean on and support each other through tragic and trying times and always try to make each other smile. When I read the reviews before picking it up, many said don’t plan on getting any sleep tonight... well I stayed up until four in the morning reading this book. I could not put it down and I can already tell that this is a story that will stay with me for a long long time. A.M. Hargrove has another phenomenal book in One Indecent Night.

This romance novel opened the flood gates. Evan was very sweet and romantic. This novel contained a lot of steam and not a bit of darkness. Over all it was ok.

This was a love story with a male lead that was too-good-to-be-true and a female lead that was relatable. There is some build up and sexiness as they meet and get to know one another. The rest of the book is a low-key romance, with some life situations thrown in. #nospoilersThere were a few sexy times, a few romantic times, and one scene that totally cracked me up near the end. I am always unsure of books that write the male lead washing the female lead's hair. Who does that? I am sure there are a few men who do enjoy doing that for a woman, but I think the vast majority of them do not. This was a low key romantic book, with a lead-in to the next story at the very end.

This is the first time I have ever read this author, and it won't be the last. I absolutely loved this book and all the characters. I fell in love with Evan and Sylvie, and their story. I had a very difficult time putting this book down. Now I need to read the rest of series related to the West brothers and the West sisters (cousins).There is one correction that needs to be done. In Chapter 45, the spelling of Grey West's name changed to Gray for a chapter or two, and then changed back to the original spelling.I totally recommend this book as a very sweet story, with plenty of steaming heat between the two principal characters. This is the perfect book for a hot summer's day during the safe at home during the COVID-19 pandemic. 😷

Oh my, this book was absolutely incredible to read. Lots of twists and turns between all of the people who were in this story. Funny parts and sadness also were there. Can't say enough about this story, it became a surprise for what happen in this story. Must read to find out. The plot of this story was really awesome. The author did a outstanding job in writing this book. ENJOY!!!!

5 massive stars!!One Indecent Night is the first in a spin-off series of the West Brothers. If you've read that awesome series then you will have met Sylvie in the third book, From Smoke To Flames.When I read the prologue of One Indecent Night, featured at the end of From Smoke To Flames, I couldn't wait to read Sylvie and Evan's story as it promised to a good one. And I was right. I LOVED it!!!I am a huge fan of A.M. Hargrove and I swear her writing just gets better and better. I love diving into a new book of hers and discovering another new book boyfriend to lust/obsess over. Another strong feisty female lead with a quirky sense of humour to adore. Another family circle I wish I was part of. And another exciting plot to shout, swoon, cry and laugh over.I adored Sylvie and Evan, they are now one of my favourite couples.Sweet, unassuming Sylvie with a passion for raunchy books. Sexy Evan who couldn't wait to put some of the those sexy scenes into practice. Their chemistry was hot and passionate and the banter between them had me chuckling away to myself.The plot flowed along easily, keeping me hooked and when I least expected it, the rug was pulled out from under me. One minute I'm laughing my head off and the next I'm bawling my eyes out.I know I haven't done this book the justice that it deserves but, trust me, I can't recommend One Indecent Night highly enough. It's a sexy, funny and heart-warming read but be warned...you may just need tissues. I did!

This was such a good, gripping book! Some humour, some love, some sex, some angst, some heartbreak. It has it all for me and I loved the characters journey.

The first in the West Sisters series and following on from their cousins, this was a fantastic read.With all the feels the journey of Sylvia and Evan is a bumpy one.Make sure you’ve got your tissues it’s a heartbreaker.
