I’m a pen snob. I document a lot for work and one time my wife brought one home from work and I snagged it and fell in love since. I refuse to write with any other pen and my documentation I use the 1.0 black and for my notes I use the 1.0 red and it’s bold, catches your eye. If I could give these pens 10 stars I would. At times they do “skip” while writing but if you store that pen that “skips” vertical with the writing part facing down for a little while it works like a charm again. High quality pen.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Sometimes you want to write with a somewhat thicker line. This is the pen for that! Of course, when you use more ink as you write, it runs out faster. Getting a dozen makes a lot of sense.

These pens are worth the money you pay! The grip makes them so comfortable to write with and they write with ease without leaking a bunch of ink onto the writing surface!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I love these pens, they write like butter and never skip. I also like the little plastic piece that covers the tip of the pen so they don't dry out when you haven't started using them yet. I didn't see that they smear and I'm left handed so most pen ink does smear under my hand.

Best. Pens. Ever!!!I love the solid bold look of the Sharpie 1.0s I use these for work daily and absolutely love them. Great value for frequent writers. And the ink dries quickly avoiding smudges!

I like the 1mm size, but when writing the ink hits dry spots. I will use them in Sketching

If you are looking for some good pens, i reconmmend you from the company name Sharpie. They are in excellent form with good boll point and good tint in the pen.

In a way, I hate to write this review. These are my favorite pens and everyone will want them too.Well maybe if I write this, they will keep producing them, because everyone wants them.Maybe the rest of you aren’t like this, but I appreciate a nice pen. That is measured by how they feel in your hand, how they feel when you are writing and how they look on the page. This pen wins on all 3 fronts.RUBBERIZED GRIP, BUT SLIMWhile this pen has a rubberized grip, it still is a slim pen. It feels good in your hand.RETRACTINGI like a retracting pen. No cap to keep track of. Less likely to get ink on stuff you don’t want to.PEN CLIPThis is minor as most pens have them, but if you have broken a clip on a pen, you find you lose them faster. The combo of a clip and retracting is a winning oneSMOOTH GLIDE WHEN WRITINGGel pens have the smoothest writing feel. As a person who spent years on a drawing board, you learn that if the pencil (in that case) has too much drag your hand will hurt at the end of the day. This pen moves like it is on ice and it has an even flow of ink.BOLD LINENow the next part is preference, I like a bold line and at 1.0, this is one of the bolder ones. However it is hard to tell the difference between 0.7 and 1.0, so if you like bold either might suit you. I’m going to include a picture of a Sharpie S-Gel Black ink line at 0.7 and a Blue line at 1.0. You can see the difference but it is subtle.I really enjoy the pens. I keep getting 12 packs.
