Good product? Just like I need it

Product arrived on time and was well packaged. HOWEVER, the most important part was lacking in that my first basket order was ripped and had a hole in it. So I sent it back and re-ordered a replacement.. It too arrived on time and was well packaged. HOWEVER, the second basket also had two tears/cuts on one side, so I sent it back.I am giving 3 stars only because of timely service and excellent packaging, but the 2 items I received were quite unacceptable. It is frustrating dealing with a company that does not check its product and (apparently) expects the customer to accept poor craftsmanship.

Great product, perfect size for my pond plant which is flourishing

It is pretty light weight plastic. If you use it make sure to position plant and basket where you want it before putting water in pond... trying to move while in pond will simply rip the basket to pieces unless you insanely careful
