Horrible packing for a beautiful plant, which was in a damaged condition, that most of its branches were bent with broken leaves1. Not worth for the wait time and the price2. The pot shown in the picture is a white attractive threaded pot and what I received is a useless thin brown plastic pot. And the Product description says this plant comes with a ceramic pot.3. Mud was loose that it spilled all over the package and on me when I opened it. Mud is of a poor quality like cement powder, that whole plant was separated from the pot.4. I have managed to arrange the plant properly but still suspect if it can survive.I am not returning the plant for sentiment reasons.Don't buy if you want to respect your sentiments and don't experiment buying such plants online

Completely different from the web image.Only the stem I have received, not even a single leaf.Also the pot is completely different, very simple brown color pot.Very disappointing.

I think with pot means the pot photo shown ..but rather it was in a plastic pot which was broken and the plant was not in good condition. Nd you cannot even return it.

Photo shows a nicely wrapped pot. But what I received is a dirty cheap pot. Soil quality is bad as well. Bought it for gifting purpose but it can't be gifted as it is.

The plant was not at all like shown in the photo. Even the flower pot is totally changed. Size is quite small . really it is a pure wastage of money

Pot is like disposable plastic glass... And no design is there like shown on the pot...
