The media could not be loaded. It is well made, sturdy and strong, can hold my fence door with sagging, I had it installed for few months, no sign of rusting, I like the black finish.the installation is easy, even though it does come a instructions and I did not need to follow the instructions. And I hade to flip the lock, which seems easy enough, again the menu did not say anything about flipping the lock from left to right, just take one screw off and flip it and put the screw back.
