I have not submitted/received any results yet and I will update the review once I do, but I am upset it wasn’t made clear in the description that you can’t just use your pets hair that is naturally shed. You have to pull it out by the roots! 15+ hairs is a lot to tear out of my poor little cat. So I was going to return it only to find out it’s not eligible for returns!!! I do NOT understand why it wouldn’t be eligible for returns when it is literally just a box anyway. A completely unopened box in the exact condition in which it was received… I was certain when purchasing that it clearly said eligible for returns but alas the bait and switch. I am optimistic that if I can manage to get the required hair samples with “root intact” that the information obtained will be life changing for my precious boy who has been suffering from digestive issues for over a year now. The test itself as well as the company appear to be very impressive and thorough. Especially after I spent $400 for an allergy test at the vet and they only tested for 24 things! This should give me far more insight for managing and hopefully reducing his symptoms. I just wish I had been given all the information before making such an expensive, non refundable purchase.

These tests are easy to use. The results are organized and easy to understand, and the site has FAQs and videos to answer other questions. The foods identified as level 3 (red) are to be avoided and it does seem to be accurate. I would buy again

This test gave so much more than I expected. It's so detailed and the group discussions give clarity to each item my dog is tolerant/intolerant to.

This test is completely unreliable. They use "Bioresonance" to detect the "energy" from the sample. From their website: "Bioresonance works by scanning a hair sample to create a profile of the energies that radiate from a person or pet. This is called their energetic blueprint or profile. With this created profile, it can now be compared to all of the energetic profiles of all of the other items we test for. If the created profile from the hair sample does not harmonize with the items tested, the energy is distorted and the intolerance or imbalance is detected. The stronger the distortion, the higher the intolerance or imbalance." Seriously? This has been largely discredited by science.My dog tested for "severe intolerance" to practically every protein. Ok for chicken but not for chicken broth or chicken fat. What??I wish I had done more research before purchasing. Don't make the same mistake I did.Gave it one star because I can't give it zero! Seriously disappointing, especially for such a high price tag! I was duped.
