I wanted a way to bypass vitamin c tablets which are bulked out with nano particulates and other fillers and in plastic pots, plus you often need to take loads to get a decent dose of vitamin c. This, comparably is a a breath of fresh air, pure vitamin c. Pop a teaspoon in your water bottle, or take with juice each day, or if you have an overly sensitive throat like I do then you can make lots of vitamin c capsules and take it that way. It's a sure way to get your vitamin c each day. You can find out the dose your body needs by taking it by the teaspoon until what is called 'bowel tolerance' is reached, this means that when you get loose stools your body is excreting what it doesn't need. If you really want to be sure of making the most of this vitamin c powder it is recommended you maintain a dose just below this tolerance. This is a repeat order for me and I'm very pleased with this product.

I use this supplement daily for both myself (age 58) & my father (age 88) and it appears to be doing the trick. It’s easy to use - I just add it to our fruit squash and it seems to be keeping us sniffle and cold free. I would definitely recommend this product
