Buy IT - So simple to use
Many hard wallets are difficult to use. YouTube videos are aimed at Techies but this baby is by far better I cannot recommend this anymore than I am.The screen takes a while to sync but I believe it’s offline so you have to wake it up. But the app on the phone searched for the device as soon as you enable Bluetooth on the device a 6 digit otp pops up and then the device is ready to sync the software wallet on the phone with the hardware wallet on the device.

this product works perfectly as described.
At the start this product was fine and I transferred Crypto to it quite easily, but I went to use it the second time and error messages kept coming up on computer (component has lost driver) so couldn't connect with computer to do anything however I have recently found out "due to a computer change" that the fault was my computer which is now in a skip, and the secux works perfectly...

Easy to use.
Loved secux.It's Bluetooth makes everything so much easier. Idiot proof. Transfer from computer or phone no leads necessary. Once you've set it up (5 minutes) just use your QR code and your crypto just pops on over to your wallet. Money safe.

A problematic device and slow customer support at best
I thought so too, but it’s flimsy with a thin plastic front and soft back. Glitchy at best and all coins are stuck on it now as the screen won’t respond after an update. I never liked this device after the first 2 months glitches, now I can’t access anything. Not a Nano for sure. Very slow customer service who don’t read emails properly before sending copy and paste messages. Just avoid. You know which one you should buy
