To clarify some comments made by others. The label says "Daurcus Carota" and "Carrot powder" and "100% pure and natural" so it is pretty clearly meant to say 100% carrot powder. Carrots are Daucus Carota according to Wikipedia and the extra 'r' is obviously just carelessness on the label. Both pouches had a label on one side, corresponding to the second image from the bottom in the description at the top of this page, and no label on the other side. So the wholesaler was trying to save a few pennies per pouch, no big deal.Put a large tablespoon of this in a glass of water and it made a tasty drink, just a little thick.Very suspicious that it might have added sugar or something. It's rare to find a powdered fruit or vegetable that reconstitutes with a good flavor, but it is probably just very sweet carrots dried.Would be nice if there were some way to test foods for additives, and it's possible this is sweetened, but it's a decent product, cheap, and I reordered it.

Delectable dried papaya, small easy to eat sizes of chunks. Supposed to be good for digestion and tastes good too. Well priced in a good sized resealable bag.

felt the positive effects right away, I mixed it with my grreen vegetable/collagen, drink (personal concotion), powdered milk. instant effects! I just wish it mixed a little more thoroughly. GOOD ENOUGH THOUGH!I highly recommend this product.Great Price too!

As I unzipped the bag, I was confronted with an alarming sight: the contents were clumped together in large chunks, indicating they hadn’t been stored properly. Clearly, humid air had breached the supposedly “sealed” packaging, leading to a significant compromise in the quality and freshness of the items inside. The texture was unmistakably off, and it raised serious concerns about their condition and usability.

This product arrived in a timely manner, but the powder was full of very hard lumps, lots of them. I had to crush them before I could use the powder. The aroma also seems off on this product, like they didn't use fresh carrots. I can't say for sure this was problematic as the flavor was masked by other ingredients. But it didn't smell like the fresh carrots I pull from my garden. Still the product is useable, just a bit disappointed in quality.

Try adding it to your kids applesauce. Put it in cookies, pancakes. Great in stews and soups. Really finding this flavor versatile. I love my beet powder too, but you can imagine how less creative I can get with that. I bought a whole slew of these powder/flour veggie stuff for disaster prepping and then started eating them because they were all so tasty. Buy this and the pumpkin.

It makes me spend less time and money.
