Great bike rack for the money
After several days of searching for a bike rack for my mustang mach e I bought this one. Honestly I was a bit hesitant.During the installation I took my time, used silicon pads to protect the window and paint.Once all the straps were tight I used tie wraps to ensure the straps were not going to loosen. We’ve used this rack on several 150+ mile trips on highways, around town, etc.. There has been no issues, i.e no wobbling. One BIG item I would recommend purchasing are the stabilizer bars that attach to the bike frame to load on the rack. They keep the bike level.I have been extremely impressed with the overall quality and how this bike rack is built.

Exactly What I Wanted
I bought these to carry our 2 HeyBike Race e-Bikes. We carry one bike on each carrier. You might ask why not use a hitch carrier to carry both? I have a 2021 Hyundai Sonata. My wife has a 2021 Kia K5. The cars will only take a class 1 hitch. By the time you put the 2 e-Bikes (56 lbs each without battery) and a carrier with enough guts to carry them in a class 1 hitch, you have most likely already met or exceeded the max tongue weight before you even drive an inch. Way too much weight to put on the roof. Most roof racks won't hold the weight of the bikes and carriers anyway. I read about people buying these to carry 1 bike, so I thought I would take the plunge. Saris said this would not work on my car. Ummm...it works like a champ on my car. It cinches down solid! I put y single 56 lb bike (70lb max for 2) on the back position of the rack, and strapped it down, including the anti-sway on the downtube. I drove around town...all over, actually. The bike did not move at all! No stress on the trunk or bumper. no bouncing. just a nice solid carry for my bike. Soooo much easier than dropping the back seats, taking off the front tire just so it will barely fit in the trunk? Those days are done. Seems well made. But I wouldn't leave it on my car for the sun to bake on that plastic and webbed strapping all year long. But it seems to be of good enough quality that if you don't abuse it, it should give you good like expectancy.

Nice Bike Rack
This rack is relatively easy to attach to your car. I have a Toyota Prius C and did have to refer to the Saris website for help with where to place the bottom legs of the rack. Their website is very helpful with tips and videos if needed. Now if you have a bike with suspension below the top bar you will need to order another part to use this rack with your bike. My son has a Santa Cruz Blur mountain bike and it was only after speaking with the support team from Saris that I realized my mistake in not buying the bike beam with the rack. The arms of the rack do not fit through between the top bar and the suspension so a bike beam is needed. There is some trial and error with getting the arms of the rack and the straps to hold it to the car where you truly want and need them to be, so having a second set of hands to help hold it is needed! Overall this is a really nice rack and seems very sturdy and stable. If you have any issues with it or questions call the Saris customer support line, they are very helpful!

Does not fit 2021 Subaru Forester
The rack itself seems well assembled and sturdy, but it absolutely does not fit my 2021 Subaru Forester. The side hooks cannot connect to any part of the trunk. I went to the company website and realized they have a tiny note saying you require their "hatch huggers" to replace the side straps. I ordered those and they are still impossible to use with my trunk. If you own a 2019 or newer Subaru Forester, steer clear of this rack!

So far, so good
This rack fits our Honda Fit really well. It was a little challenging figuring out how to put it together out of the box but we did it. It is fairly simple to attach the rack to the car and once it is on it is very secure. It puts no pressure on the spoiler. The bikes fit nicely and the straps to attach the bikes are very easy to use and secure the bikes well. We did tighten the straps again once the bikes were on. We were up to 55mph with no sway or other issues. Overall I am very happy with the Saris Bones EX 2 bike rack.

This my second Saris Bones rack
This is my second Saris Bones. I was using my first one on a BMW 3 series back in the early 2000's. When I got back into biking I looked for this for a trunk mounted option on my Lexus. It has not disappointed me at all. The bikes stay firmly attached to my car, even over a few bumps. It is easy to hook up and store. I can even fold it an keep it in my trunk.

Decent bike rack
I might have gotten one that had some defects bc several things broke and I wasn't able to use it. But it fit fine on my car and it wasn't hard to install. The straps were strong and it was able to hold both on my bikes. I just didn't like that the bike straps broke so easily. I had to return

Perfect fit, easy assembly, secure transport.
I'm completely satisfied with this rack. I have a 2022 Mazda CX-30 and it attached perfectly and securely. I have an XL size mountain bike and it fits no problem, no rattle or sway. The only complaint is the caps holding the straps in the center tube could be designed better. They broke after the first use and didn't stay tight prior to breaking.Still happy with my purchase and would recommend to any friends.
