Good looking, super useful counter riser
Amazing product, Excellent customer service!Kitchen counters in most houses are way too low. My mother is loosing her good posture due to hunching over preparing meals in the kitchen. Enter Convenience Concepts! We purchased 4 of these, risers, 2 for each of our 2 houses, and they are spectacular! The faux wood pattern on the white top is beautiful and the working surface is quite large. They are totally sturdy and assembly was a piece of cake. Moreover, I would give the customer service of this local, American company an A+. Addendum: It gets better. Wrote back to the company saying I had reviewed them and then happened to mention that the particleboard crossbar had also cracked some. I was trying to make it work with ducktape. The rep. said, "oh no. We will send you a cross bar piece ASAP." So this is truly a customer-focused company. I will check what else they have on their site as I would love to buy from them again!Initially, when it arrived, the central piece of one of the units was cracked a bit. Upon hearing our issue, Convenience Concepts immediately offered to ship us a new middle piece. The new board arrived a few days later, and 10 minutes later we were all set. YAY--now despite no end in sight to meal-preparation, mom can maintain her beautiful posture.

Perfect!
So a standard desk is 28-30" high. As you sit in your chair in front of a monitor, the center of the monitor is typically anywhere between 4-6" BELOW your eye level. That made my head tilt downwards causing neck stiffness when in front of the computer for long periods of time. I bought this to lift the display up by another 5". It was important for me to do this since I use this on a digital pen display. This stand helps greatly in reducing the parallax effect that can cause inaccuracy when you draw on the screen. Now that it is lifted, I can digitally trace much better. The stand is made out of solid wood and painted black. It has a nice grain texture to it and is sufficiently thick. The manufacturer of this stand used a combination of wood dowels you glue in the holes and locking cam bolts and cam locks. This was a smart decision and keeps the stand from wobbling. Installation is super easy, taking about 15 minutes. One of the nice things is that it is wide enough to slide a long gaming keyboard underneath it to take advantage of desk space. To prevent scratching of the surface, 4 small plastic standoffs can be used.Very useful!

Fast and Easy Setup - works great - Sturdy!
Easy 10 minute set up. They even supplied some wood glue for the dowels (A+ for that!). Looks great, very sturdy for my 49" OLED monitor :)

Great item but I'm very annoyed
Looks great, easy to assemble, sturdy, almost perfect. But see the pic - they don't tell you anywhere in the specs or the photos of the item that there is a support piece in the middle of the underside of this riser that extends down almost 1 1/2 inches. As you can see, I had hoped to put a tape deck inside it, and the tape deck is almost 5 inches high, and I spent many hours searching for a riser that had enough space for the tape deck. I thought I had it with this piece, but because of the support "rib" the tape deck only goes halfway in, and sticks out about 3 inches. I may end up adding rubber feet to the bottom of the riser, but then I will need to do that with several other things on my desktop to keep heights aligned. Just wish they had mentioned that support rib in the first place. Otherwise it's great.

Great for organizing shelves and elevating your setup
I bought this monitor riser to help organize my shelves, and it works perfectly for that purpose. It elevates my TV just enough to create extra space underneath, allowing me to store other items while keeping the area neat and tidy. The design is sleek and modern, and it fits perfectly in my space without taking up too much room. It’s sturdy enough to support my small TV, and the black finish blends well with my decor.I’d recommend this riser to anyone looking for a simple way to organize their shelves and elevate their TV or monitor setup. It’s a practical and affordable solution.

Nice piece. Good value. Holds heavy 65” TV
It’s a pretty simple piece. Good value for the money.I’m using it to raise a 65” TV a bit higher to make room for a center channel speaker so it doesn’t block the TV.Would be nice if it had a swivel but still worth it.

Wider then it looks
Easy to assemble, seems sturdy, little rubber feet you affix to keep it from sliding are excellent. Either I didn’t pay attention to dimensions or it’s misleading, it’s wider then what I needed for the application I needed it for so I may cut it in half on a table saw but not sure. I do like it as a riser for my secondary computer screen used in conjunction with my laptops which puts the bottom of monitor screen at the top of laptop screen. I like that they include wood glue in the parts kit for gluing the dowels in the holes (which I have not done yet).

Nice, wide, and heavy duty.
Only one wide enough for my sound bar to fit under. Solidly built.
