Good gluten free flour.
Makes nice cakes.

The product is just like plain or self raising flour. And as long as you don't have allergy to the food this is an excellent product. My family loved the cookies I made with the said flour with no food reaction at all. Unfortunate for me I found I have a food allergy to the quinoa flour. Needless to say I can't buy this product again ☹️

Great flour
I use this flour to make Quinoa bread, which is full of proteins and rather nice to eat! I recommend this flour for bread, cakes and biscuits (sweet & savoury)

Coeliacs BEWARE
Altho quinoa flour is gluten free the area it is packaged in is not, so DO NOT buy as it could be cross contaminated and highly dangerous to coeliacs.Amazon you need to make it much much clearer that this is not completly gluten free. I know it's on the ingredients list but it wasn't made very clear in the general description. It needs to be in BIG LARGE letters to warn everyone. As this is the first time I have bought this I just assumed that as quinoa is gluten free that it would be safe, but it isn't, so coeliacs BEWARE

Not the best
Speedy delivery but not the best in comparison to others I’ve tried. Quite expensive and also had a very strong odour. Unfortunately I’ve thrown it away and won’t buy again.
