Used for yogurt
I use this to make Dr. Davis recipe for the 24 hour yogurt. It is the most delicious yogurt and very healthy.

The most important probiotic I ever took!
This probiotic was a lifesaver after my gut microbiome was destroyed by a course of clindamycin antibiotic. I had no idea how devastating to health this was until I was faced with the news that I was going to be in absolutely uncontrollable, messy misery for up to a year or more on average after such destruction! While I was never able to cultivate this strain successfully in Dr William Davis's Super Gut book yogurt formulas, it didn't matter because the capsules, as they are, were dramatically effective, overnight. By one month, I had restored my health. This product was more than worth every penny and I will never take an antibiotic again without it on board for gut protection. I only needed this lesson, briefly and once.

Great for making yogurt!
We use this to make yogurt in an Ultimate yogurt maker. Part of the trifecta of SIBO eradication yogurts talked about by Dr. Davis. We also make L-Reuteri & L-Gasseri. Capsules make a nice yogurt starter of 2 capsules with whole milk & 2 Tbsp. Inulin per quart. Highly recommend this product!! ❤️

High quality probiotic
This is one of three cultures used to make Dr Davis super gut SIBO yogurt. Dr Davis’ MyReuteri is the LRDR strain of Lactobacillus Reuteri. There are many strains but the LRDR strain is the one Davis recommends. There are less expensive options that are not LRDR strain that will do not provide the same beneficial health results. The other culture is Lactobacillus Gasseri which is available from Dr Mecola. It’s marketed as Biothin.

Makes a delicious yogurt
Made the yogurt yesterday and it came out perfect and tastes great! I had to search high and wide to actually find the recipe (found it on Dr Davis’s blog in a response to a comment). so here it is:1 qt half & half (I do half milk and half & half to make it more economical)1-2 tbsp inulin1 cap Hu58Ferment between 90-100°F for 24 to 30 hrs*I edited the recipe with another one that I found on his blog.
