Thje smaller tip does not. The other is the quick dis-connect for headphones.

Breaks too easily
Good price and worked fine but cable broke in 4 months of use. Wouldn’t buy it again. I prefer to buy a better although more expensive cable.

Works great on Yealink phones
Not much more to say for this item except it worked great with my Yealink phones. I switched from Cisco to Yealink phones and my headsets would not work. I purchased this adapter to be able to use the headsets again and once I plugged it in, it worked like a champ.
