There is a correction on this review *********Return window was September 3rd, it stopped working October 9th.My husband had a hard time w using it. He expected the soap to come out immediately but you have to be patient and give about 10 seconds (if that) for it to dispense. Was not a problem for my daughter and me.SO disappointed it doesn't work already. I guess I will chalk it up to "you get what you pay for" :(

Started working well but leaked got replacement and now not working. Will not order again, so sad and looked nice. Can't order replacement because 30 day window closed

Well made and very simple to use. I purchased several for our medical practice due to Covid. They work great as a soap dispenser; however, you will need to modify the consistency of the liquid if you attempt to use it for hand sanitizers. Overall a good product for the cost.

The media could not be loaded.  Adding more and more hands-free things in my home, went for my first hands-free soap dispenser and I am loving it. I don't know why I didn't do this sooner.So easy to set up. Just used Foaming Hand Soap from another dispensable soap container from a grocery store. I will buy refill bags from method most likely to refill this. I made a video to show how it works too.I just Installed the 4 dbl A batteries, turned the power button on that's on the top, and it was ready to go at the default measurement of foam I liked. You can + or - the amount of foam right near the power button if you want to change it. It's very sensitive to dispense so if you get your hand near it it's ready to go. I'm super happy with it and I'm ready to get more for the other sinks that I have.I've only used it for a day so if I have any issues with it I will be sure to update my review. I like to review my stuff and I'm really good about keeping up on my reviews. We've got to help each other out with good products. There's too much junk out there now and fake reviews.

I bought five of these devices after purchasing one to try it out. The first was fine - it looked and worked as advertised. When the others showed up, two of the four were defective. There was clearly a manufacturing defect that created a leak somewhere in the suction path so the soap could not be drawn from the reservoir.Also, of the remaining units, they vary quite a bit in terms of sensor sensitivity. On one, you have to hold your hand right up against the sensor to trigger the soap dispenser, and on another, it picks up your hand a few inches away.In short, these are very cheaply manufactured and have poor quality control. I have not had them long enough yet to see how the working units will do from a longevity perspective, but I am not optimistic.

I bought for the kitchen sink. I was tired of having to pump soap with greasy hands. It worked so well I bought a second one for the bathroom. Just the right amount of foam.Update: They don't last. Both eventually quit working.

This was fine at first, although the motion detection was hit or miss. After five months it has stopped working. I changed the batteries and the lights still work but no soap is dispensed. Waste of money I recommend everyone avoid.

The unit itself is ok & easy to use. Although it is a pain to refill, which you have to do fairly often because the bottom blue container doesn't hold much liquid. We bought two (one for bathroom & one for kitchen). Bought them in June & by September 1st, one unit stopped working. I changed batteries but the motion detection sensor went out completely & eventually the unit wouldn't even turn on. Then about a month later, the 2nd unit stopped working. you can hear the motor, but it would no longer siphon the soap up from the bottom container. I could get it to turn on but no foam would dispense. I wish the unit was more durable & operated longer than just 4 months of normal everyday use, in a household of only 3 people. It could also use a redesign - better quality motor/pump and have a larger capacity to hold more liquid soap. It was past the time frame for returns, so it was too late for a refund/replacement. I ended up throwing both units into the garage & went back to manual pump bottles (save money on having to buy & replace batteries often as well).

It was initially very hard to set up even when I was already using diluted foaming hand wash. Took several attempts and a lot of patience at getting the first foam out I almost thought of returning but a bit more patience and it is now working all good.
