Item arrived bent
Item was packaged in a thin envelope and the decale was bent on two of the edges. There was also no instructions as to where on your boat this decal should be displayed. Is there a Coast Guard requirement?

Ripped into pieces as I was applying it.
The quality was so poor, the material so thin, that it fell to pieces as I was removing the backing to apply the sign. I would return it, but I have nothing to return but trash. Beware.
