Perfect for fixing Gen 3 Odyssey sliding door problems
Fit my 2007 Odyssey perfectly. Passenger door now slides without hesitating and backing up again,Not the easiest job, but search YouTube for some excellent videos on how to do it. Took my son and me about 45 minutes from start to finish. When I removed the old bearing it was obvious that one of the rollers broke off. Removing and reattaching the cables b is the worst part of the ordeal. That alone took almost 15 minutes.!!!Door works like new and cost almost nothing. Use painters tape on the body the length of the door travel to avoid scratching the paint. You will need a jack (floor Jack preferably) and wood to hold the door up after you remove the roller assembly.

These work well and easy to replace
Worked as intended, watch a few YouTube videos before attempting this. Very cheap replacement as the Honda Odyssey is built like a frigg'n tank and the door weight was not thought of when these were built. Easy to put on and would recommend this part/manufacturer to anyone keeping their Honda Odyssey "Tank" in shape. If you have automatic doors you especially want to replace these at any sign of automatic door problems.

Fixed the slider doors. '07 Odyssey
The old rollers disintegrated. Fairly easy install. Take care when removing tail lights and the long body panels behind the doors. Worked great.

2008 EX-L RES perfect fit
These were a perfect fit on my 2008 Odyssey. Sliding door was making horrible metallic grinding noise and sometimes not opening completely, and now works like new. Looked up how to fix it and found tons of YouTube videos explaining the process. Takes about 30 minutes if you’re lucky. However, the hardest part is putting the cables back on the roller without releasing tension. That requires taking off the interior panels in the rear quarter of the van. Otherwise it’s an easy job. Also, you need a jack to support the door while you work in it. Get some lithium spray or grease to lubricate all the rollers and tracks. IMPORTANT: make sure to mark the old position of the rollers with a sharpie so you know where to line it up. Otherwise it will give you issues. Good luck!
