Great study tool for anatomy class
This anatomical skull is great for my husband’s anatomy class. He has to learn all parts of the skull and he was excited about the quality of this practice piece and the ability to disassemble and reassemble it completely. It comes with a labeled sheet for the various sections of the model and the color coding is particularly helpful with understanding the anatomical breakdown of all sections. It’s small- about the size of a baseball, it can fit in one hand, but the quality is great!

Perfect study buddy
So yeah, this doesn't show every detail, or every bone, but at this price it's a steal!I aced my anatomy exam thanks to Ned the Head. Now he hangs out while I study the rest of the human body.It was great being able to actually show my family (most) of the bizarre number of bones in the skull. The sphenoid bone is my favorite. My son had a blast taking Ned apart and putting him back together. So - what's missing? For my entry-level anatomy class...GlabellaLacrimal bones are not delineated (the lacrimal groove is shown)Palatine bones not delineated (palatine foramina are shown)Cribiform foraminaForamen spinosumHypoglossal canals

Anatomy and physiology must have
If you’re taking anatomy and physiology you need this! I learned about the bones/skull with this. I passed because of this skull model.
