We referenced the k39 case's Amazon page and found that the case can house a PSU that is 17*80*40cm or smaller. Our PSU is 150 x 81.5x 40.5mm, which is 15 x 8.15 x 4.05cm so according to this info, it should fit. You can check with the case company, and give out our PSU dimensions to make sure, just to be safe.

Will this fit in a hp m01-f0134 replacing a 180w power supply?

From what I can tell of that model, I would say yes. At least by physical dimensions. One thing of which to be mindful is that this PSU has a 24-pin connection to the motherboard. So, you should verify what type of connection your motherboard supports - I had to buy an adapter because my MB had a 14-pin connector.

Looking to swap 40mm fan with Noctua but they only make 10mm and 20mm deep fans in this size. Do I go with the 10mm and then... tape around the gaps?

Get the Delta AFB0412HB. It is 40mmx15mm and quieter than stock fan. Not as quiet as Noctua, but def quieter and meets spec for this PSU
