Perfect size for what I needed! The back pocket is bigger and fits death certificates, which are evidently, huge. The front pocket is just perfect for birth certificates and my other documents. Even full of documents it’s still nice and flat so it stores super well. I haven’t had the pleasure of testing the fireproof-ness of this, but I trust the claim, as it reminds me of the fire blanket I keep in the kitchen, but with a rubbery coating. The zippers and zipper cover feel very sturdy and make me feel confident that what I put in is safe. Overall very nice quality.

I bought this to ofc store documents, important small items, etc. I can't speak to it the level of fire protection bc that's something that organically happens. Don't wanna light it on fire to test. Some other people on here may have though so look for videos, maybe on ytube too. I guess you could buy one purely to test out. Any ways it does feel like a quality product. It's very tick, 2 pockets for holding documents. Strong zipper. Can hold a good about of things. The outside does seem Water resistant bc of the type of material however I'm unsure if it is water proof bc of the fact that it uses zippers. It also has velcro to close it up after you zipper it up. At the price point I think it's good for at least some level of protection. If you are very concerned about fire protection I'd put this folder in a fire proof flood proof safe for extra protection.

Great product. It is very sturdy, and very big. You can easily fit several A4 size papers (check the picture I attached), and also you can fit a folder. Zippers seems to be sturdy as well. It looks sleek. It has two packets to organize your belongings. So far A+ for me!

Consumers should be aware that the folder is better categorized as water-resistant, which may not meet the needs of those seeking complete protection against water damage. I would recommend that the manufacturer reassess the design and functionality of the waterproofing mechanism to enhance the product's overall reliability and effectiveness.

These are something to consider buying. Yet to be tested however they look extremely durable and I would assume they do as indicated extremely fireproof. Bought to place extremely important papers in. Never know.
