Replaced Easily Every Year for 2 Years
Purchased my IT-757 Alkaline Water Machine late February, 2017. Replacements were easy to install. Had to flush/run filter a few times to have unit recognize new filter. PH tested and reliable. Ready for next year's replacement.

Perfect fit.
I've been trying to find the right fit for my water ionizer for a while. My water dispenser is getting really, really slow. It's really hard because it doesn't have an item number or identifier or something for reordering. So its like trial and error but on the first try it works well. I save the box for future ordering.

Very good filter my tap water is terrible and this makes it completely drinkable

It was very easy to change with old filter
Product came as expected and no complains so far. It was very easy to change with old filter, pH isn't altered by it. Very happy with it.

Very short life. Does not deliver what promised
It supposed to last for at least 5,000 liters, but after 400 liters the flow reduced a lot taking around 5min to fill one liter.Couldn’t find a client support channel
